Client required a full refurbishment of a newly purchased 3 bedroom flat. We worked with the client to design, source & carried out;

- Complete internal rip out

- A complete rewire throughout

- Installing a suspended ceiling adding recess lights

- Updating the plumbing system re routing the pipework from the surfaces into the ceiling

- Added an en-suite bathroom

- Main bathroom remodel

- Hallway wall removal replacing with a frameless glass balustrade

- Kitchen remodel & new kitchen installed

- Redecorate throughout

- Tile & lay engineered wood flooring 

- Install fire door frames, fire doors & new skirting
