Priority Building Services was established in 2020 by Ren & Teigan, two cousin's with over 20 years of combined experience working for some of London's major Developers & Estate Agents. We wanted to offer our industry knowledge & skills to clients across the board at all levels, from small jobs to large developments. We cover a wide range of property related services whether that be a gas safety certificate, a dripping tap, to building you a new home from scratch WE CAN GET THE JOB DONE!
Teigan Augustus
Director/ Project Manager
Teigan joined the Construction industry in 2010 as a trainee site manager, whilst studying and gaining a degree in Construction Management. He has held various management roles with home builders, contractors and housing associations. His extensive experience & knowledge coming from having worked for companies such as;

TES Group - Project Manager - Managing health & safety, cost management, contractor management, quality assurance, value engineering and procurement. This was for the refurbishment of 20 apartments in a partially occupied residential building consisting of 59 high-end service apartments in Kensington, London.

Peabody - Development Manager - Responsible for contractor procurement, design development & managing the expectations of all stakeholders. Managing project consultants on all pre-construction & construction activities for the delivery of 328 new homes. Negotiations with Local Authorities around planning, tenure mix, section 106 agreements and project funding.

Galliford Try - Senior Site Manager - Accountable for the external trade packages on a 19-storey reinforced concrete building. Managing all material call offs, site safety, site meetings & logistics.

Featherstone Homes - Senior Site Manager - Queens Road Apartments, Peckham, London - Responsible for the construction delivery of a new 4-storey building consisting of 10 high-spec apartments & 1 commercial unit. Being number 1 onsite reporting to the Construction Director, which provided tremendous experience.

St George PLC;
Senior Site Manager - London dock (Phases 1,2&3) -
Tasked to deliver 11 Penthouse apartments, 2 commercial units & 52 apartments from shell & core to customer handovers. Producing the project execution plan, writing trade scope of works & managing the daily construction activities.

Assistant Site Manager - The Tower One St George Wharf Managing the the internal fit out of a £15m 6500 sq ft penthouse apartment with the finest finishes. The project comprised of 211 very high quality luxury apartments on the river bank of Vauxhall Bridge, London. Pushing the project through from piling & foundations to customer handovers. Then following on to do similar roles over at 'The One Blackfriars Road' project

Barrat London - Site Manager - Greenland Place - £160m - The new residential development comprised of 20 commercial units & 683 apartments consisting of studios, one, two & three-bedroom apartments and semi-detached houses. Successfully managing all trades delivering 100 apartments on a 12-week fit-out programme. In addition to managing all customer defects in the housing association buildings.
Ren
Director/ Design & Demolition team
Ren is a self-motivated, well rounded, hardworking individual. He loves to be organised & enjoys getting hands on. We call him 'Rip Out Ren' he'll ensure our trades team get a job done efficiently by completing the demolition/ rip out part of a job allowing them to thrive in their specific trade.

Ren comes from a background of being a Mechanical Service Technician for Mercedes Benz to an Estate Agent for Kinleigh Folkhard & Hayward letting out properties across London from 2012-2018. He then followed on to be an Inventory clerk acting as an impartial party between the agent, landlord & tenant. Running alongside being a clerk he also put his foot into the Security industry with 4 years experience covering residential & commercial/ corporate properties across London assuring security asset protection and responding to access requests, alarms as well as emergencies.
The different roles and experience of years spent delivering an exceptional standard of service has fine tuned him to be completely reliable, have a great eye for detail, and the willingness to always go above & beyond.
